I had protected sex on jan 2018 (2 months back)since then I have had 3 normal periods with no pregnancy symptoms except shortness of breath for about a week but not before or after that.. Now I am experiencing a little fat around my belly.Could I be preg?

Weight gain is generally due to eating too much and occasionally due to medical issues including hormonal issues.
You can't be pregnant if you have periods every month. Additionally, you haven't had unprotected sex.
