NanaJones,
How interesting. So you had stopped, and have recently started again? How long of a break had you taken? And how long ago did you start with the progesterone cream and menopause support? I know many readers will be very interested, including me!

This is an interesting question, and an area of much debate. You will see many different opinions on all sides of the spectrum, but when we think about menopause and post-menopause, it is important to know that this is a natural part of life, and does not necessarily require "treatment".
Are you currently experiencing any symptoms, or are you worried about any of the health risks associated with low estrogen levels?
