I feel and broke my C6/C7 bone n neck does it also effects rest of body?

I know I hurt all over since had broke mine even now since had surgery I hurt especially lower part of back legs & toes feels numb at times stings all over even at times cant get up cause body feels numb thou people dont understand how I now feel or why complain bout other parts of body hurtin but they also didnt fall 4 feet head 1st and had no feelings n body 10-15 min after my fall and 911 was not call
