I don't think I'm peeing properly

This is kind of awkward but every time I pee and I feel like I'm almost done , my clitoris starts like buzzing and I get a strong feeling from there. After that happens I feel like I still have to pee but nothing comes out and its really annoying. Can someone try to explain what's happening with me, please??

Are you needing to urinate more often? Is this buzzing feeling similar to a burning sensation?
Do you have this feeling only when you urinate? Is your urine cloudy or foul smelling?

Urinating very little even though you feel like your bladder is full and feeling the need to pass urine frequently are two signs of a urinary tract infection. Pain or burning while urinating is another.

I suggest you contact your primary care physician's office, speak with either the nurse or doctor and schedule an appointment to have these symptoms evaluated.
