I am on birth control and yes my fiance and i do have sex without him being protected but not very often. 12 days before my next period i woke up with pain in my lower abandon and the day after i woke up with that same pain the the third or 10 days til my next period i started to find blood when i wipe but not in my pants! And now its day three of only finding blood when i wipe and yes all three days i have been cramping, the 10 day of my cycle i think i missed taking my pill along with we had sex and he ended up finishing anal style and i think i made the mistake of wiping from back to front but unsure of anything ....ya! Does anyone know whats going on?

If you are having unusual pain, see your doctor. There is no way for us to know with any certainly what it may be. You need to be more aware of what you are doing though. You are not sure if you missed your pill, you are not sure if you wiped back to front after anal sex, which could cause a vaginal infection.
