hi marysmith.... sounds like you're reaching out for help... and i too highly recommend that you take that first step to empower yourself and ask for help.... by taking susan's advice above and call either 911 and/or talk to you doctor as soon as you can to deal with the depression - also finding a women's support group can be very good... also know you always have choice with how you feel at any given moment... knowing that has really helped me at times when i have felt so low... when those times are so low, make note that that feeling is something you don't want and use that moment to connect in with what it is that you do like/love and just be with that feeling for a bit... what that can do is help you move up just a little bit... with focusing on a little better thought will attract back to you some little better stuff to you... i kind of call it "moving up one rung of the ladder to just feeling a bit better"... each better feeling helps create another better feeling... this has helped me many, many times..

i also know that good nutrition can really help too... sometimes our body is just wanting some good nutrition so it can feel it's best in all ways... physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually... see if you can start eating fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis and include whole foods whenever you can... also adding more omega 3s to your diet can really help too...

hope some of the above can help...

sending you much light and well wishes... weaver (((o)))
