recently had a tenderness under left axilla with left chest wall pain and dyspnea on exertion going up stairs, prior to this I had hoarseness unable to sing as I usually do. upon cxr findings were left upper lobe and left lower lobe actelectasis, ct w/contrast showed no mediastinal or axillary lymphadenopathy but a slightly prominent 14 by13 by10 mm prominent right hilar lymph node. is there any cause for concern as they mentioned f/u w/ct in 3 months.

Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. Follow up with your treating physician is always recommended although quitting smoking would be something you should really look into as smoking causes many different things including lung cancer, COPD, etc.
Have you tried to quit smoking at all? Have the interest?
