Carb intake is subjective and depends on a person's size and physical activity. Not all carbs are bad- in fact they are often necessary.

But for the most part, a person on an average calorie intake per day of 2,000 would be taking 225 to 325
carbs a day. These carbs are best coming from fruit and veg as well as whole grains.

Those looking to diet may want to about 100-150 carbs.
