There is not a one size fits all answer to your question. There is no one diet plan that works for everyone with type II diabetes. A meal plan is based on your lifestyle and personal preferences, and should be tailored to meet your goals goals for blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides levels, blood pressure, and weight management. -

Anonymous, I suggest you discuss this with your physician. You may want to consider seeking the help of a nutritionist.
