Just I asking because again its twin sister. Whom had an initial session with my own therapist, it was couple of wks back. At the time/s she said it was good for her, but now when we saw the therapist for me. She said she doesn't want to make an appointment because she felt that exercising was her own theraphy. In which its also retail and her boyfriend. I'm torn about it because its a weird one to begin one and didn't even tell our mom about it when she was still alive, but after her death for both our father and me, at different times of course. Also, going out having fun whether its dates, going eating, drinking (she had issues with in it the past and it seems like I'm the only one in the family whose truly worried about a recurrance/s these issues). Plus, her work as well. Now, I'm also just wondering if she needs the therapist and/or counselor because she seems to be going it normally as to oppose to me. Whom needs both of them. At the same time she still gets moody.

Hello Jessica,

I can appreciate your concern for your twin sister, and you want what is best for her.

With any issue, that person needs to recognize that she has a problem, and most importantly, want to get help to correct the problem. It is all up to her.

Regards,
Maryann
