Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

The wear and tear of your hips over time may be the cause, or you may have arthritis or some other condition. Medication and/or physical therapy can help - perhaps surgery; it depends on the extent of the damage done. You will need to meet with your doctor to start a treatment plan.
Best,
Susan
