Hello Pipai,
I understand that your gynecologist prescribed Althea to regulate your irregular menstrual cycles.
However, this is a oral contraceptive which prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation and causing changes in the lining of the uterus and the cervical mucus.
Therefore, I do not think you will become pregnant until you stop taking these pills.

Hello Pipai,
Welcome to the EmpowHER community and thank you for seeking our advice.
I think you should be okay.
Birth control pills prevent pregnancy by preventing ovulation. The constant hormone levels which result from taking a daily active pill are how this happens. Missing the last active dose before the inactive pills should not have caused ovulation and thus the risk for pregnancy.
The sure way to know is if you have vaginal bleeding during your pill-free week.

Hello Pipai,
With the additional information, that changes my answer.
Please contact your gynecologist, who has more knowledge about particular birth control. I do not know why you stopped bleeding on the second day.
I wouldn't think there was a risk for pregnancy since you had just started your period and ovulation had passed.
