January 30, 2016 - 6:13pmYou need to ask the doctor who prescribed the blood test to explain the results. In general IgG levels should be anywhere from 620 - 1400 mg/dL. A low count can apply you are more prone to infection, leukemia or kidney damage. A high count can indicate multiple myeloma or AIDS.
But because of the wide range of potential diagnosis's, your doctors needs to be the one who gives you an analyzation of your specific health condition.
