Hi, I'm 25 years old women and married. The problem we faced during our pleasant time is the duration. He can last only 1 or 2 minutes for ejaculate. We tried foreplay method, interrupting but still we can't enjoy more than 2 minutes which makes both very stress full. Is there any medical reason behind this? Can you please suggest remedy for this without medicines? Is it considered to be a disease?
Thank you

Hello Anonymoushelp

Thank you for writing!

What your husband has isn't likely a "disease" per se, rather a condition called premature ejacultion.

Premature ejaculation happens when a man ejaculates very quickly once sexually stimulated - anywhere from 10 seconds to a couple of minutes.

Reasons could be due to stress, performance anxiety or a physical issue that requires talking with a doctor or therapist.

Please encourage your husband to seek the advice of his doctor.

Best,
Susan
