Hi calindsay and welcome to EmpowHER.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties keeping your ulcerative colitis under control. For those who are not familiar with this condition, it's an inflammatory bowel disease that causes long-lasting inflammation and ulcers in the digestive tract.

When you say you can't get it under control are you referring to diarrhea or stomach cramping or to something else? It's hard to know what will help you without knowing what issues you're facing right now.

Let us know a bit more about your situation and we will try to help you as best we can.

Best,

Pam
