The fluid in my right lower leg has been leaking all day and getting even the bandages wet

Why are you bandaged up? Do you have injuries from an accident or do you have skin ulcers/open sores? If so, why? Do you have some medical conditions that can cause skin ulcers?
You haven't given us any information to go with but if your legs are weeping like this and soaking bandages, you may have an infection. You need to seek medical care.
