Hi Anonymous,

I'm very sorry to hear about your sister in law. The good news is that it was found in the first stage, as this is the most promising. It is also good news that she has gotten treatment. How long ago was the treatment? Her doctor should be able to tell her if the cancer is gone, but unfortunately, one never knows when cancer may come back.

Make sure she takes good care of herself after treatment! Many people believe that if the body is in an alkaline state, cancer cannot exist, and that an acidic state is breeding grounds for disease. For example, soda is an acidic beverage with a pH of 2 (on a scale from 0-14, 14 being alkaline, 0 being acidic).

Drinking lemon or using Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in your diet can help make you more alkaline. Many natural foods can also help alkalize (fruits, veggies, etc), which is why taking care of yourself is so important! This is just another alternative method for staying healthy, especially post-treatment. In cancer cases especially, patients are more willing to leave behind processed foods and try something different.

Best,

Danielle.
