Hello, I had sex with a guy who may or may not have HIV. I don't know. We use a condom but at a point when he pulled out, the condom slipped of. It slide down to the tip of his penis and he slide it back on before he put his penis in me again. Can I get HIV from that?

Yes. If he is infected with HIV, he could have passed it on to you because the condom was not on the entire time. That is why I suggested you get tested.
