Guide

Hello, Anon! Thank you for your message!

Dehydration can happen when the body has insufficient water to function properly. The signs of dehydration aren’t always obvious ones like thirst and fatigue.

Other signs to look for, bad breath, muscle cramps, headaches, and sweet cravings (it's not uncommon for the body to confuse the feeling of thirst with hunger).

A fairly simple way to know if you are hydrated is to check your urine. If you’re well-hydrated, your urine should be mostly clear with a tinge of yellow (the color of light lemonade before it hits the bowl). Darker yellow or orange are colors to watch for. If you see those colors, start drinking fluids.
