Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for your question.

This is definitely something you should discuss with your obstetrician, chiropractor, and/or spine specialist. These people will know exactly how to treat your retrolisthesis and disc and nerve pain without harming the pregnancy.

You might have to take extra precautions with pain medication. Likely, you also should prevent gaining too much extra weight from the pregnancy. Physical therapy may also need to be adjusted. Again, you should talk to your healthcare providers.

Good luck, anon. Tell us how it goes!

Best,
Rebecca
