Hi im 18 and i have not had sexual intercourse , i abstain from that but about five weeks ago i was fingered and im afraid there might have been some precum on his had and if there was it was minimal and some time had passed since he came in contact with it, the month ended and my period was late, i waited a week after it was due to take a pregnancy test and it came out negative but still no period then a week and half later i took another one and it still came out negative well now its three and half weeks late and still no period and im a very regular person i have never missed a period nor have i ever been this late. so could i still be pregnant? and if not what could be a possibility for my super late period?

You're very welcome, Sofi. Sometimes these things really stress us out. Please come back and update us in a few days, let us know how you're doing, OK?

Ok so just for the update today was the day my period was supposed to come either today or tomorrow and though i didnt get it i did take a pregnancy test ( two, because i heard u can get false results sometimes so just to be sure) and they both came out negative so should be able to not worry about pregnancy at all at this point?

Yes, Sofi, you can trust the pregnancy tests. I am betting that your period will come in a few days. Try not to stress too much about it, because even that stress can affect our periods. If your hormones got a little out of balance, you might be late, but don't panic. It's normal for women to be irregular in times of stress. OK?

Thank you so much, i really appreciate it because in my family growing up i've never really had anyone talk to me about sex and stuff like that so i get really nervous, so do you think that because he didnt ejaculate or go inside of me that i should be safe?

Hi again softi,

Thank you for updating us on your situation. In order for you to become pregnant, his sperm must enter the vagina. If you had your underwear on, you should be safe. I am glad to hear that you will have an appointment for birth control. Remember that birth control will not protect you against STDs and you should still use condoms for protection.

If your breasts started hurting, you may be experiencing pre-menstrual symptoms since sore breasts are common.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

hi sorry it has taken a long time to update obviously i wasnt pregnant thank you for all the help you guys were very helpful :) i got my period on the 20th and i had my period in march the latest was the 23rd i think i may have got it on the 22nd though, after my little mishap with the fingering i decided to avoid any like internal contact between me and my boyfriend but, we got a little carried away april 11th and we were dry humping and i had my underwear on and he never ejaculated but he had no clothes on so there might have been some preejaculate...i was wondering how high my risk was because i think the day after my boobs started hurting and so i think i may have started ovulating

do i have a big risk?
i am planning to get on the pill i made an appointment but i have never had sex and i just think i need to be prepared because i dont like having these pregnancy scares :/
