Is it possible that your partner tested positive for chlamydia but you got negative?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Yes, not every one who has sex with an infected person picks up the infection themselves. However, the odds are high that at some point they will get infected, unless the infected person gets treated. In general, both parties should be treated even if one has shown no symptoms.
Best,
Susan
