For a person who had already treated for Chlamydia & got test negative, will chlamydia re-infected if he/she have sex with uninfected partner?

So previously chlamydia could reoccur for previously infected person if he has sex with a person (who never had chlamydia before)??

I have answered your question. As I say, you wouldn't get it from someone who has not or does not have it. If you need further clarification, please ask the doctor that has treated you.

Hello. Thank you for posting.

You wouldn't get it from someone who has not or does not have it. Keep in mind, many who have chlamydia don't develop symptoms, but they can still infect others through sexual contact. Symptoms may include genital pain and discharge from the vagina or penis. That's why using a condom is important.
