Been having right sided chest pain that's getting worse. Starting to radiate up into the shoulder and around into the back. Hurts to take breath. Not sure if pulled muscle cause I can move right arm and lift things without problems. Pain comes and goes and gets worse everytime. Should I be worried? Have been getting light headed little bit. It's going on 3-4 days and only getting worse. Can feel a wheeze top of rite lung till I cough which hurts alot to. Cough isn't bad but pain is starting to get excruciating. Please any advise will help. Tried calling to get appointment with Dr appointment but they wouldn't even make me one. Told me to go to emergency room. I don't think it's muscle strain but if any advise on what it could be please help. I would rather not go to ER for something I can take care of at home. Have tried hot and cold packs have very strong pain meds that does not touch the pain. Getting worried cause pain only getting worse. Please help.
