Hi there, I am very worried at the moment me and my boyfriend did a sexual act. I was giving him a handjob but I believe there was Pre-cum as it felt a bit wet. 10 minutes later I washed my hands but I also touched my clothing before then and my belongings worrying if there was anything that stayed on there that could get me pregnant ?. I don’t know if I’m just being paranoid but I am very worried. My clothes were all on and I wasn’t naked or anything. I don’t know if pregnancy can happen this way. Can ejaculate crawl or get into clothing?. Was there any risk here?

There is no risk at all - you're not understand the biology of how sex and pregnancy works.
Did you have sex ed at school? If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.
