Hello, Tetyana. Thank you for posting.
Exercise after hip replacement is important and encouraged. After surgery, there are specific instructions given on what to do and not to do, including how much and how often you can walk. Did your doctor give you any long-term instructions about exercising? 5 to 6 hours a day is a lot of walking and that might totally fine, but I'd check in with your doctor about it just to be sure.
