can i put vinegar on tigdas hangin?

im 13 years old i am experiencing tigdas hangin i got a fever or 3 days and still went to school and got wet by the rain and the red marks of a tigdas hangin today.i was wondering if i can take a bath and what is the appropriate clothing?

German measles, or 'tigdas hangin' as it's more commonly known in the Philippines, is a contagious viral disease that can cause rashes, as well as a mild fever.  I have no information about using vinegar for a measles rash.  As far as clothing goes, I'd suggest wearing loose-fitting clothing, for comfort.  One cup of baking soda can be added to a warm bath and the affected areas can be soaked in it. This might help with itching.  Speak with your doctor.
