Hi, I'm 23 years old lady and I'm still a virgin. I have a bf and we've been together for more than 4 years. We never had 'real' penetration or sexual intercourse (saving it for the marriage). But today we made out and he only put his tip into me (only like half an inch to an inch) but did not cum in me. I am just a little concerned and went online to search for answers, and some people even mentioned that with what i've done, i'm actually not a virgin anymore! but no pain no blood flow happened.
Anyway, my question is, will i get pregnant this way? isit really true that if sperm was only near the vagina, i will get pregnant?
only supportive and real answers please.. i know i shud've used contraception, but it was our first time, and we didn't really planned for it to happen.

Unless he had sperm on his penis that he wiped off and then immediately inserted into you, then you are fine. If he did have sperm, then we really can't say whether or not you will get pregnant. Please remember that ovulation, sperm viability and penetration all play a role in pregnancy. Think about it--when was the last time you heard of someone conceiving this way? The odds are for you, not against you.

November 19, 2011 - 9:20pmLast Tuesday, my boyfriend and I were fooling around. We didn't have sex but at one point he touched the outside of my vagina with his tip. He went in a tiny bit for a few seconds to tease me but that was it. After 20-30 minutes, he came in my mouth. After, his penis rubbed against my vagina by accident. I wiped the outside of me a few minutes later with a wet napkin. My period is a few days late but it has a history of being irregular. What are the chances of me being pregnant?

Please read our responses to the questions that are similar to yours. Regardless of whether your boyfriend puts his penis 1 inch, 2 inches, or the whole way in... there is a possibility of pregnancy. It is a very slim chance because there was no ejaculation involved, however we cannot guarantee anything with certainty. Since your period is irregular, give it another week and then take a pregnancy test for your own peace of mind.

Me and my boyfriend fool around sometimes, but Im still a virgin, so whenever we do fool around, i always tell him to not put his penis all the way in my vagina. When we were together this weekend I was also on my period. His tip was in my vagina, and he came.

If you are on your period, chances are you're not ovulating. However, it is possible to conceive during your period so this is not a safe practice. It is also not safe to assume that because you are not letting him go in all the way that it's impossible to get pregnant-- it is possible. You will have to wait until your next period is due or at least 2 weeks of having sex to test for pregnancy.

November 16, 2011 - 6:27pmAnd sperm only live in your body for up to 4-5 days MAX. It was the 5th day of my period when we were together, so doesn't that leave a few days until i am in my "fertile" days? (or when my egg is released)?
