I have had a middle ear infection for 4 weeks. Been to acupuncture 6 x am on herbs. My ear is still full.

Since this has been going on for four weeks, it doesn't sound like herbs or acupuncture are working.

While I understand wanting a natural cure, you may need antibiotics at this point.

Antibiotics are commonly used to treat ear infections. Examples include:

Amoxicillin (Amoxil, Polymox)
Clavulanate (Augmentin)

Other medications sometimes used include:

Cephalosporins (cefprozil, cefdinir, cefpodoxime, ceftriaxone)
