Bumpy areolas

Hi!
So, I've noticed that my areolas have got more bumps on them recently. Obviously, I know that literally all women have those bumps on their areolas but I only just learned to notice that they have gottem more bums in the past week- or so.
Maybe I should mention that I am on my period.
Also, my breasts are not any weird shape, nor as they're painful or anything suspicious or worrying (hopefully?).
Should I be worried??

I can appreciate your concern. Hormonal changes associated with having your period may be the cause. However, if they persist after your period finishes and they are causing you concern, please speak with your gynecologist.
