Hi I've been feeling breast pain and my boobs have becomen bigger than it usually is. Its not cknstant breast pain sometimes it just happens and it hurts. I've been gaining weight lately because of my bad eating habits. I also workout daily back then and now I stopped working out. Could this be a cause of my breast becoming bigger or could this be a symptom of pregnancy? Thank you

Hello, AiraUyaco1093. Thank you for writing.

If there is a chance you might be pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test.

During the menstrual cycle, various hormones cause changes in breast tissue that can lead to pain or discomfort in some women. While breasts do not typically hurt, occasional breast pain is common. Developmental periods that affect a woman’s menstrual cycle and potentially cause breast pain can include:
puberty, pregnancy, and menopause.

Could this be puberty because i am only 16. I never had any pregnancy symptoms like nausea, back pain, frequent urination and moodswings etc. Could this be some kind of disease or something or could this just be puberty?
