My right breast brings whitish and liquid colour when pressed. I stopped giving birth 7yrs ago. What could be the cause? I hope its not infection? Is there any drugs to stop this? i will be 43 this september 2015. Could this also be sign of menopause?

Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
Nipple discharge can be alarming when you are not breastfeeding. But in most cases it is normal and can happen at any age.
Normal discharge is usually released when pressed or squeezed. But if you continue to press it every day it can actually create an infection.
The only thing you need to watch for is if the discharge occurs without being pressed or irritated. Then you should see a doctor.
From the symptoms you listed, you have nothing to worry about. Simply do not press on your nipple.
