Do you mean your pressure was 135/80?
If so, it means you are at risk for hypertension.
An ideal level is 120/80.
Blood pressure can be reduced by healthy eating and exercise. Your pressure is not seriously high and may be lowered by diet and exercise alone. If not, you may need medication. Your doctor can help you more.
