Guide

Hello, Staci52

Thank you for posting.

When blood is lost, the skin appears pale, but a purple discoloration in the fingers, like bruising, may indicate a lack of oxygen in the blood. Extremities, (fingers/toes) that turn blue for no reason or from poor circulation should be evaluated by a doctor if the symptoms linger.
