Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Your gastroenterologist should have you back in the office for a follow up appointment once the biopsy results have been received.

Erythema is increased redness, usually caused by irritation.
Oedema is a build up of fluid in the body which causes the affected tissue to become swollen.
Small ulcers in the terminal ileum can be an early sign of Crohn's disease.

Do not worry,
Maryann
