I im two months late and ive done number of tests and the doctor did a blood test when I was a month late all negative could I still be pregnant as ive got all the signs

What symptoms are you having? A hormonal imbalance could be causing similar symptoms to pregnancy.
If all your tests are negative then it's very unlikely you are pregnant but a blood test (and definitely a scan) can let you know for certain. If you are negative for pregnancy, have tests for hormonal or thyroid imbalances.
