6 days ago I had an FB ablation. At times I have rapid heart and high blood pressure.

Last night for two hours my blood pressure was 150 over 106. My heart rate was 132 beats per minute. At the present time my blood pressure is 138 over 74 and my heart rate is 71 beats for minute. Why would I have these spikes? My wife is writing this for me.

I am not familiar with what a FB ablation is.

However, since you had this procedure only six days ago, it is imperative that you report this spike in blood pressure and rapid heart rate to your cardiologist, who knows your underlying medical history, reason for the procedure and cause.
