Hello,I am 16 almost 17 my name is megan and I started my period in December 2017 and haven't had it in almost 2 ta 3 months I've been missing my period for awhile and my doctor that I last seem in 2016 says I have hormonal imbalance but I don't know what that is and if that means I won't have kids in my future or if it means I'll never get my period again btw The only time I've ever actually had sexy is when I was Around 5 but not willingly just wanted to clarify that cause some people wonder and yes I got raped but anyways not the point If I have a hormone imbalance does it mean I won't have my Period again and I won't have kids

Hello Megan
You may have a condition called PCOS - polycysic ovaries. This makes it harder to get pregnant but pregnancy is certainly possible. There is medication for this and lifestyle changes you can make.
Please make an appointment with your doctor for testing.
Best,
Susan

Hello happy1876

Thank you for writing.

Water retention is common during a menstrual period - it's likely you are getting rid of excess water, that you had in your body this month, right after your period. It's nothing to worry about.
Best,
Susan
