Just so you know, the symptoms of Roseola are a high fever (you said your son has no fever), and a symptom of Roseola is not choking.
Do you think he was choking on an object, and this caused the other reactions? Or, are you wondering if he had a seizure that caused the jaw clenching and choking? Either way, please keep us informed.
