I am sorry you are having to consider treatment options for another condition, but it is great that you are searching for as much information as you can.
In my research, your treatment options are dependent upon the exact location within the sella region of your cystic lesion, how much space it is occupying (thus, what functions may it be interfering with), as well as your current symptoms (or, projected symptoms if left untreated). I did not find information on cystic lesions in this region being left untreated...did your doctor provide this as an option to you?
What information and options did your doctor discuss, and what is recommended for your specific and unique situation?
