There is no chance of pregnancy from your description. Sperm die once they hit fabric; they do not travel through fabric (although, some moisture or wetness may soak through fabric). You can not get pregnant when wearing clothes; you can also not get pregnant without ejaculation happening.

Your question about "pre-cum". I am not sure if there are any documented cases of a woman becoming pregnant only from pre-cum, but in theory, it may be possible. Just highly, highly unlikely. Pre- cum, or pre-ejaculatory fluid, is just a few drops of fluid on the tip of a man's penis when it is erect. This pre-cum may or may not contain sperm; most experts say it usually does not contain sperm.
