Hi,
An enlarged uterus and fibroids are not necessarily harmful, and do not necessarily require treatment. There are many causes or reasons for these conditions, and you would need to talk with your doctor about your diagnosis. What have your test results shown as possible causes for these conditions? Menopause? Hormonal imbalance? Pregnancy? (I am not sure what your age or health status is). It could be a temporary condition, or one requiring treatment if you are having symptoms or have a family history of cancer of the reproductive system...there is just such a wide range of possibilities that we are unable to speculate without more information from you.
If you would like more information, please let us know what symptoms you are experiencing, your age, what tests have been conducted, what your doctors have recommended, etc.
