Anytime you miss 2 or more pills in-a-row, the effectiveness of the pill decreases (it is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy when used consistently and correctly).
That is great that you doubled-up (although, it sounds like you took all three pills on the same day? That's not the correct way...I can explain if you'd like), but you did take Plan B which is a great option.
Unfortunately, you will need to wait until your next expected period (about 2 weeks) until you can know for sure.
