Your period may be delayed by a week after using EC (some women experience a longer delay, but average is a week). There are many reasons that a period can be delayed, or even missed, and it is important to rule out certain factors. It would be a good idea to take a home pregnancy test (or go to your doctor) to rule out pregnancy at this point, as your period could be delayed due to pregnancy, excessive stress or other factors.
