Hi,
There is a chance of pregnancy with unprotected sex, and the pregnancy test you took on June 23rd may have been too early for it to be accurate (since your last menstrual period was May 26th).

Since it is now July 1st, it would be a good idea to take another home pregnancy test, as after you have missed your period, it will be at its peak accuracy for detecting any pregnancy hormones.

Emergency contraception can cause spotting, breakthrough bleeding and irregular periods (either early or late period).

If your pregnancy test comes out negative, and you still have not began your period next week, you may want to call your doctor to see what s/he would advise. It is normal for your period to be late after taking emergency contraception, though.

Good luck, and let us know how you are doing!
