I'm not sure what you mean by him ejaculating "prematurely", but if your male partner ejaculated on/near your vagina, then there is a chance of pregnancy. It is very slight if there was 100% no penetration, but if enough semen (containing sperm) was ejaculated on/near your vagina, it may be enough for some highly-motivated sperm to make their way inside your vagina.

If the ejaculatory fluid soaked through your underwear, it really depends on many factors, including position and type of coverage the underwear provided. Sperm can not travel through clothing, but what is more likely is that most woman's panties are not "sealed" against our skin; if his penis was near the crotch of your underwear and he ejaculated, there is a lot of space between the crotch of your underwear and your actual skin where ejaculatory fluid could be on your skin.

Bottomline: if the amount and pressure of the ejaculatory fluid was enough to soak the crotch of your underwear near your vagina, it may have been enough to also "travel" past your underwear onto your skin near/on your vagina. There is such a slight risk of pregnancy in this way, but with enough semen on the outside of your vagina, it may be possible.

If the ejaculatory fluid only was on the front part of your panties (near the waist band), then the sperm would not travel through the underwear, down to your vagina.

Does that distinction make sense?
