Do you mean he is not sure if he ejaculated inside of you?

There is no such thing as not being sure if he "pre" ejaculated or not. He either ejaculated (had an orgasm) or he did not.

Pre-ejaculatory fluid is a small amount of semen on the tip of a man's penis when it becomes erect. There is no stopping this "pre-cum". most experts agree that "pre-cum" does not contain sperm, but there is a possibility (under the right circumstances) that it could contain sperm.

Ejaculation is the fluid that comes out during an orgasm, and men know when they ejaculate.

If your boyfriend put his penis inside of you (whether for 2 seconds or 2 minutes, does not matter), then there could have been pre-cum fluid on the tip of his penis. If he did not ejaculate, there would be a minimal risk of pregnancy. However, please know that whenever your vagina is penetrated by a penis WITHOUT a condom (whether or not your hymen was in tact or not), you are taking a risk of pregnancy.
