Just to make sure we are talking about the same days, here is an example of how you would make-up missed birth control pills:

Thursday: oops! missed pill
Friday: oops! missed pill
Saturday: take Thursday's missed pill, plus Saturday's regular pill
Sunday: take Friday's missed pill, plus Sunday's missed pill
Monday: take Monday's regular pill

Basically, you always take that day's pill, regardless of missing one or two pills prior. Then, you "double up" on the first pill you missed. When you take two pills in one day, you do not need to take them at the exact same time, as it can cause nausea. You can space them an hour or two apart.

(If you miss 3 or more pills in-a-row, the instructions on your pill pack probably says to throw away that pack, and start a new pack after your period begins, so making up pills after you have missed 3 is irrelevant...you don't make up pills if you miss 3 or more).

Does this help?
