All of us, because of our different ages and races, have different nutritional needs. What remains the same for each of us, though, is our need to find balance during what can only be described as a “busy” lifestyle.

The fact that you find yourself constantly “on the go” does not mean your nutritional needs should suffer. With that in mind, I’ve come up with a list of easy-to-find foods that every woman should have on hand for snacking or incorporation into daily meals.

Have these great foods pre-prepared and keep them handy. Start your day with a glass of OJ and then grab a bag of carrots or nuts and throw them in your purse before you leave the house in the morning. Keep a bag of miniature chocolates (you only need one) in your desk drawer for emergencies and have a bottle of water on hand at all times. You’ll never be without something nutritious to much on and in the end you’ll find yourself reaching for that “junk food” a whole lot less!
