Is PMS affecting your life?
Too many women and girls with premenstrual syndrome don't realize that symptoms of bloating, cramps, mood swings, as well as hundreds of other symptoms, are not just "part of being a woman." While many women experience PMS symptoms, and many women find PMS interferes with their life, there needs to be more awareness of this condition and how it affects women and their loved ones. You can start by discussing PMS and how it affects you and your life, here.
If you're reading this, I hope you'll join the conversation! PMS has such an impact on women and how they feel, and I just know that it would help someone else going through PMS problems. In the hopes of stimulating some discussion, here is one of my blog posts talking about PMS, I'm really interested to know what you think! http://www.pmscomfort.com/blog/post/2011/07/19/Is-PMS-Stressing-You-Out.aspx
